FitFoot360 - FitFoot360 is an innovative, cutting-edge solution designed with intensive practitioner input. It’s designed to automate, simplify and streamline custom orthoses design, supporting clinical excellence while being an economically viable option for practitioners. It gives practitioners much greater precision and convenience when creating custom orthotic insoles using foot orthoses CAD CAM.   FitFoot360 streamlines the design and manufacturing process, making it simple to create custom orthotic insole designs. With the press of a button, designs can be sent to be made by carving or by 3D printing. 3D printed custom insoles are growing in popularity as the price of polypropylene and EVA blocks and sheet materials continue to rise.   FitFoot360 is a comprehensive custom insole design software that has been designed in partnership with 8 leading footwear experts in both public and private practice worldwide. It has been developed to meet the exacting standards set by Orthotists, Podiatrists, Pedorthists, Sports Retailers, Diabetic specialists and Podotherapists.

FitMill360 - The FitMill360 is a high-precision, industry-leading custom insole CAM software solution for carving full foot and ¾ length insoles or positive moulds (molds). It’s built upon an industrial CAM engine, and uses the same strategies for machining used by high precision industries such as aerospace and automotive.   Whether you are machining custom orthotic insoles in sheets of EVA and Polypropylene material or single pair blocks, FitMill360 can be configured to create optimal tool paths for your machine. It can also be configured to work with any CNC router that has an open controller.   FitMill360 can be used to generate single and double-sided custom orthotics as well as for carving full foot and ¾ length moulds in foam, MDF or cork. It optimises the nesting and machining of positive custom insole moulds, allowing you to set the tolerances, step over, speeds and feeds to get the optimal balance between quality and throughput. It’s ideal for forming carbon fibre custom insoles.   Our FitMill360 foot orthoses software will generate optimal toolpaths for the direct milling of insoles in both rigid and softer materials, including PP, EVA and PU.

FitPrint360 - FitPrint360 (a 3d printed insole software) combines medical control with simple modelling tools to create clinically viable printable custom insoles.  This 3d printed orthotic software can be used to design rigid shells and full foot soft custom insoles to be printed in PA11, PA12, TPU, resins and even coloured nylon.   FitPrint360 technology has been developed with the needs of clinicians and practitioners in mind with the aim of enhancing patient outcomes at a realistic price. 3D custom insole printing offers more control, removing almost all manual post processing tasks such as trimming or grinding. As the post pandemic employment issue continued to rise, this reducing in manual labour (labor) is becoming essential. FitPrint360 also allows you add variable stiffness in rigid custom orthotic insoles as well as adding softer or stiffer zones in single material flexible custom orthoses.   Users can identify regions in FitFoot360 to create variable infill zones. Printer path generation for the main body of the insole and infill is then quick and efficient.   FitPrint360 empowers foot health practitioners to create effective, high-precision products for their patients and clients.
