What is FitFoot360?

FitFoot360 is the ultimate problem solver. It’s an innovative, cutting-edge solution that helps to automate, simplify and streamline custom orthotic insole design. It supports clinical excellence while being an economically viable option for practitioners, providing greater precision and convenience compared to other CAD CAM Orthotic software workflow solutions.   It allows practitioners to create the accurate biomechanical contours required for truly functional and properly accommodative custom orthotic insoles, helping to ensure better outcomes for patients.   FitFoot360 is a custom insole design software that has been written with the help of clinical experts to ensure that any clinician or laboratory team is able to learn how it operates quickly. It has been designed to meet very high standards of performance and precision accuracy in both public and private practice.   FitFoot360 is commonly used by Orthotists, Podiatrists, Pedorthists, Sports Retailers, Diabetic specialists and Podotherapists, enabling them to work more efficiently and accurately, while better meeting the needs of their patients and clients.

How does it work?   FitFoot360 enables clinicians to streamline their design and manufacturing process using foot orthoses CAD CAM to allow them to create custom orthotic insole designs with a single button press. These can then be sent for manufacturing, to create a 3D printed insole or milled / carved insole   Fitfoot360 is more than just a custom orthotic insole design software toolbox. It also contains a comprehensive set of clinical tools and shapes that can be used to replay ideas that have been stored on current or previous patients. This not only reflects best practices but also ensures that the design workflow is quick and efficient.  You can define your ideal solution for a specific pathology or fit or shoe and reuse it for all similar cases or footwear.   FitFoot360 enables all foot health professionals worldwide to have custom orthotic insole design technology. After the foot has been scanned or a cast taken, the design work within FitFoot360 can begin. It allows clinicians to create the perfect  contour, matching the mechanical needs of the individual patient.    When designing custom orthotic insoles using the FitFoot360 custom insole software, practitioners have complete ‘real-time’ control over the shape and function of the orthoses. These tools allow foot health practitioners to control the fit of the orthotic to a patient's medial and lateral arch and midfoot.   3D digital insole designs can be created automatically by simply entering information into a digital prescription form. This is ideal for labs or practitioners who are not familiar with CAD and would rather manually enter measured values.

Why choose FitFoot360?   FitFoot360 enables you to have a greater range of possibilities when meeting the needs of patients and clients. This includes at-risk feet that need to be accommodated, to sports people that need extra support to help them achieve their best.   EVA foam is commonly used to create custom EVA foam insoles for sports people that go the extra mile in partnership with FitFoot360 technology. The technology is also used to create clinical solutions for children with biomechanical issues that need to be corrected.   One common use is in the creation of diabetic shoe insoles. Ulceration can be a debilitating, painful and ultimately costly complication of the neuropathic diabetic foot. Insoles created using FitFoot360 give diabetic patients much better support and protection against the development of ulceration.   FitFoot360 can also be used to create custom rigid insoles that promote better balance by providing a more stable platform for correcting the foot and / or gait of a patient.
